Honoring the body and soul looks different for everyone. Every human has a different physique, metabolism, sleep pattern, endurance, digestion, mental health, social capacity, and emotional expression! It's honestly kind of awesome! With that being said, I will be sharing recipes, yoga poses/flows, work out regimes, relaxation and meditation techniques etc. that have worked for me personally. YOGA POSES FOR IBS

For the past year I have suffered from chronic stomach discomfort and a lot of digestion problems. I am currently going through the motions to diagnose these issues which could be linked to food allergies or as broad as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. These 5 yoga poses have helped me immensely when I'm experiencing stomach discomfort or a stress stomach ache.
